Adult Plan – $429/year
- 1 Basic hygiene cleaning every 6 months (up to 2 per year)
- 1-2 exams per year
- Annual bitewing X-rays
- 1 Panorex or FMX X-ray every 3-5 years
- Oral cancer screening with cleaning
- 2 Fluoride treatments per year
- 10% off additional treatment

Child Plan – $349/year
